Healthy Glowing Skin Drink

Hey guys and girls, here is my favorite homemade snack, I like going to Jamba Juice and Robek's but there is nothing like the feeling I get when I actually blend my own smoothie...yum! 
I enjoy many healthy snacks, but this has got to be my ultimate favorite ;-)
So let's get down to business, how do I blend up this wonderful mouthful of antioxidants?...

1)Have a blender...duhh!...lol ;-)
2)1 or 2 cups of skim milk or low-fat milk
3) "Palm-full" not "hand-full" as hand-full can be too much, of the following berries
     Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, and Strawberries. 
4)A cup of Greek yogurt, my favorite is CHOBANI 0% honey flavor
5)If you like the frozen feel more, then buy frozen berries they usually have them packed all together :) \
   So convenient!
