  how-to wear shorts, skirts and dress in the winter

Hello darling, I know Spring is like a month away or what not, but I got requests on how-to wear these fabulous spring and summer items on cold days, so I figured "hey! why not? it technically is still winter" ;-) So lucky you! You get the how-to on these gorgeous outfits...woohoo! ** You can wear thick tights under any maxi skirt to keep you warm, as long as it doesn't show ;-)

 **I'm not sure about the hat above,  not really my style ;) definitely looks good on her!

 ** I would wear a statement necklace with his look above, white shirt just calls for it, plus a jeans jacket.

 **I would wear a nice belt with this look above, to make it more fashionable and exciting ;-)

 ** more of a cold and rainy day look this one above ;-)
